Kalen hiking trail

Kalen is a 7 km long hiking trail that extends through Kökar's most beautiful and interesting areas. Here is bedrock, jungle-like vegetation, pastures, marshes and to say the least historical monuments from the past. Even though the trail is so long, there are three different starting points; Alviksböte, Otterbötesskylten on the road between Överboda and Värvan and finally the road just north of Karlby. Map can be picked up at the municipal office in Karlby.
